The bespoke pillow collection by Home and Sanctuary / Hosa Homes features carefully curated, limited-edition designs that are released in small batches. Each pillow is crafted with exceptional detail, quality materials, and our signature aesthetic. Please review the following terms before purchasing:

All purchases from the bespoke pillow collection are final sale. This includes:

  • Pillow covers and inserts

  • Hand-selected fabrics and trims

  • Any limited-edition or seasonal designs

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please double-check all product details before completing your purchase.

Availability

Our bespoke pillows are not made to order. Each collection is designed in advance and available in limited quantities. Once a style is sold out, it will not be restocked. Availability is first-come, first-served.

Non-Refundable Charges

The following charges are non-refundable:

  • Product cost

  • Shipping and handling

  • Taxes and fees

  • Any additional service or packaging charges

Quality + Care

While all sales are final, we are committed to the quality of our products. If your item arrives with damage due to shipping or a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 3 business days of receiving your order. Clear photos will be required for assessment.

Shipping + Delivery

Products will ship within the timeframe listed at checkout. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen supply chain issues are beyond our control.
