Shipping Policy — HOSA Homes / Home and Sanctuary

Thank you for shopping the bespoke pillow collection by HOSA Homes, the retail extension of Home and Sanctuary. Each item is thoughtfully designed in small batches to bring intention, culture, and beauty into your home.

 

Processing & Shipping Timeframes

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after purchase, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Once processed, items are shipped via the selected carrier and method at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Please note: During peak collection launches or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended due to higher order volumes.

 

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We currently ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the size and destination of your order. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery speed.

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

 

Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances once an order has left our facility.

 

Shipping Fees Are Non-Refundable

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, as stated in our Return & Refund Policy. This applies to all orders, including those that are returned due to carrier issues or address errors.

 

Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged, please email us within 3 business days of delivery at [your email address] with the following:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the damage (including packaging if possible)

  • Description of the issue

 

We’ll work with you to assess the situation and make it right. Claims made after the 3-day window may not be eligible for replacement.

If a package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend contacting your local carrier first. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked “delivered.”

 

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout.
