Our bespoke pillow collection is crafted with exceptional care, limited in quantity, and designed to bring intentional beauty into your space. Because of the exclusive and custom nature of our products, we ask that you review the following return and refund policy before placing your order.

 

All Sales Are Final

Due to the limited-edition nature of our collections, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on any items, including:

  • Pillow covers and inserts

  • Hand-selected fabrics and trims

  • Limited-edition or seasonal designs

Please double-check your selections, sizes, and shipping information before completing your purchase.

 

Product Availability

Our pillows are not made to order. Collections are designed in advance and released in small batches. Once a product is sold out, it will not be restocked. Availability is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Non-Refundable Charges

All associated costs with your order are non-refundable, including:

  • Shipping and handling

  • Sales tax or other applicable fees

  • Specialty packaging or services (if applicable)

 

Quality Assurance & Damaged Items

We take pride in the craftsmanship of every pillow. In the rare event your item arrives damaged due to shipping or a manufacturing issue, please notify us within 3 business days of delivery. To be eligible for assessment:

  • Include your order number and a clear photo of the item and packaging

  • Damage must be reported within 3 business days of delivery

If approved, we will work with you on a resolution, which may include a replacement (if available) or store credit.

 

Shipping Timelines

Orders will ship within the estimated timeframe noted at checkout. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or supply chain issues outside of our control.
